Pequeño Grande

Perfect As Usual

This hoodie fit perfectly as do most UA tops I buy in L. I really like the small pocket in the back and the hoodie is not too large so as to catch air, but is big enough to go over my stocking hat when using in cool weather. Nice item!

Fit and style just as expected

I had zero issues with sizing - just went by the sizing chart and it fit exactly as expected. I'm 6', 195, fit/muscular build and I bought the large based on my measurements. Love the fit, definitely works both in the gym and as casual wear, very happy with it.

Positives and Negatives

Runs a little larger then I had hoped. The material is great. It is light and breathable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

overall good

This sweater didn't really fit my expectation of it being a casual outer layer (actual sweater). The material is pretty thin, but still pretty stylish. This "sweater" was definitely designed for performance rather than "athleisure". I still very much like it, I bought the black and grey for casual wear, and have absolutely fallen in love with the grey one. *I wouldn't get this sweater for warmth purposes.

Not bad but not quite what I was looking for

I guess I'll start out by saying that I'm a huge fan of lightweight hoodies. I get warm pretty easily and I was hoping that UA would come out with some thin hoodies without the front pockets that you could wear in place of a t shirt. I think they look great and are really comfortable (I've heard these referred to as hoodies t-shirts). When I saw this hoodie it looked pretty great, and almost exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying it and trying it out and came away with the opinion that some people might love it, but it wasn't for me. Here's why. Comfort - The shirt was pretty comfortable, but not overly so. I knew this was a running shirt, but often it seems that "sport" clothes are often great to wear for casual use or lounging. For example, I have a lot of training shorts and hoodies, running shoes, basketball pants, etc. and they are all great for for your everyday use as well as sports. This one seemed like it's sole purpose was for running. The material was t-shirt thin and fairly comfortable, but not as comfortable as charged cotton or something. The other two things that made it a running shirt was the hood and the opening at the bottom of the sleeve. I barely got my hand through and it just wasn't super comfortable to wear around the house. Same thing with the hood, it was pretty tight. So yeah, great shirt for running, but I don't do that enough outdoors to make this purchase worth keeping. Performance - Again, great. This shirt was made for running, as I said, and you should have no problem with using it as it was intended. It'll definitely get the job done. Durability - Unfortunately, I can't comment on this as I only had the hoodie for a little while before returning it. Fit - Overall, the hoodie fit pretty well. It fits true to size, although it seemed a little tighter than I expected for a "fitted" style shirt. I've had other fitted shirts from UA and this one was a tad tighter than those. So to wrap this up, I liked the shirt, but I felt like it wouldn't be one I wore often, considering I don't run a whole lot. For me, I think it wouldn't work that great as casual wear, but if you run a lot and want to use this for running, it would be great and definitely worth considering. Again, this isn't a bad thing, and I realize this was advertised as a running shirt. So definitely not UA's fault, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I also did think this was slightly overpriced, but this wasn't a big deal. Lastly, thanks again UA for your amazing customer service and return policy. I was easily able to return this hassle free and with no problems whatsoever. There's another reason why UA has and will be my fav.
